The production of edible mushrooms and high protein forage from surplus biomass
In Surinam( using rice straw, elephantgrassĀ and bananaleaves), Colombia (using coffeewastes and bananaleaves) and Zambia (using waterhyacinth) on substrates from surplus biomass not edible for cattle and swine edible mushrooms are grown.
